IMPORTANCE OF ARRIVING ON TIME:

​

Punctuality and preparedness are key factors in making the most out of your private lessons. We kindly request that dancers arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled lesson time to allow ample opportunity for proper warm-up and preparation.

Arriving early not only ensures that you have sufficient time to mentally and physically prepare for the lesson, but it also allows our instructors to start the session promptly and maximize the allocated time for instruction and practice.

Proper warm-up is essential to prevent injuries and optimize performance. By arriving early, you can dedicate those extra minutes to engaging in stretching exercises, activating muscles, and mentally focusing, setting yourself up for a productive and safe learning experience.

Remember, every minute counts, and showing up on time demonstrates your commitment to your dance education. 

 

PAYMENT:

The price for private lessons is $75.00 per hour, and payment must be made in full before the private lesson begins. We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card or Cash. Please note that checks, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App are not accepted forms of payment for private lessons.

CANCELLATION: 

​

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring the cancellation of a private lesson. However, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to effectively manage our instructors' schedules and accommodate other students who may be on our waiting list.

Please be aware that if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a $20.00 cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee is to be paid in full before the start of the next scheduled private lesson. We appreciate your understanding in honoring this policy as it helps us maintain the integrity of our scheduling system and ensures fairness to both our instructors and other students.
